Meet the team.

Donna

Co-Founder

Donna has over 20 years of experience working within the Disability sector. Her roles have included being a Team Leader for a Disability and ABI support coordination service (Northern region), Case Manager on the Family Choice program at the Royal Children’s hospital that supported children with complex and high medical support needs and a trainer and assessor which involves training students with an Intellectual disability Certificate I courses.

Donna has extensive experience working with children and adults who have a disability, have complex care needs and with families who are engaged with the Child protection system. Donna has a strong interest and has considerable experience working with individuals and families who are from an Indigenous and CALD background.

Donna is a mother and an accredited foster carer.

Tina

Co-Founder

Tina is a qualified childcare worker and has been working in the Disability sector for over 20 years. Her roles have included Disability Case Management, Team Leader of Intake / Customer Service for disability services and NDIS Support Coordination.

She has experience in working with children, families and individuals with complex support needs through a person-centred approach.

Tina has experience in working with and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, experience in Supported Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living. Tina has a child with a disability giving her a lived experience of the challenges families and carers face.

Our outreach workers go through the following comprehensive checks and training:

National Police Check

First Aid Certificate including CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Check

DFFH Working with Children's Check

NDIS Workers Orientation Module Certificate
